Whenever I make this delicious smoothie, I close my eyes, and it takes me to a beach, a beautiful beach …..with warm sand, turquoise waters and a golden sun.
Sigh….
Although we can't all make it to a deserted island with tropical drinks, you can pretend with this Sunburst Smoothie! Fruity, fun, and healthy! What else can you ask for? Start your day off right with this Sunburst Smoothie

This Sunburst Smoothie is a delicious and healthy way to start your day. Packed with fruits and nutrients, it's like a tropical vacation in a glass!
Sunburst Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup baby carrots
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 TB honey
- 1 TB Chia or Flax Seed
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Tips:
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a thicker smoothie, use less orange juice or add more frozen fruit.
- Feel free to substitute other fruits based on what you have available.
- Adding chia or flax seeds gives an extra boost of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber.
